Aromantic is definitely one of my top suppliers. Their product descriptions on the website are really good. I've requested MSDS for my last four orders, and they always send me the documents the very next day. The packages arrive right on schedule, and they’re always ready to help or give advice whenever you need it. I've tried a bunch of suppliers, but Aromantic is at the top of my list.

For years now, I've relied on Aromantic to whip up my own cosmetics. Their offerings are top-notch, with a fantastic variety and a commitment to ethical sourcing. The details provided for each item are super useful for formulations, and I've learned a lot from their recipes. Plus, delivery is consistently prompt. The one occasion I reached out to customer support, they responded right away and the team was really helpful.

I’m really let down by this company. I ordered the phytokeratin to boost the protein in my curly hair products. I reached out to them to express that while the product itself is decent, the bottle design is completely impractical since you can’t control the amount that comes out. Sometimes it dribbles out just fine, but then it suddenly pours out, wasting both the product you’re mixing it with and the phytokeratin. Their reply was pretty disappointing, basically suggesting I use jeweler's scales to measure it. Like, who has those just lying around? That doesn’t fix the issue of it spilling out of the bottle. I even proposed that a dropper bottle would be a smarter choice, trying to lend a hand, and they just sent me a link to buy pipettes from their site!

I also mentioned that the shelf life is way too short, and their response was that I should’ve checked with them before ordering! As if I’d think to do that when I didn’t even know it had a shelf life! Such terrible customer service.

The most frustrating part, which makes me feel this company is untrustworthy and misleading, is that I submitted a 3-star review on their site. It hasn’t shown up, even after I tried posting it three times! They’re only displaying the positive reviews on their website, which can’t be right, can it?!!

It's a tad pricey, but the products are really great!

I've been a customer of Aromantic for quite some time now, and honestly, I’ve never been let down! Their team is super helpful and always ready to assist. The quality of their products is top-notch and reasonably priced, especially since these types of items can be pricey. They ship out orders really fast and avoid using plastic in their packaging, which I appreciate! Their website is packed with useful information and resources. Whenever I need to stock up on supplies or other items, they’re my go-to because I know they’ll do everything they can to keep their customers satisfied! Thanks a bunch!

I used to be a big fan of Neals Yard, but lately, I've noticed they've gotten pricey and a bit too commercial. I was super happy to stumble upon Aromantic and have since made a bunch of orders with them. Their website is packed with helpful ideas and inspiration, plus they have an awesome range of quality products at prices that are often way lower than Neals Yard. The service is top-notch, and my orders have always shipped out fast. I'm totally sold on them and would definitely recommend!

I'd say their products are of high quality, and the shipping was quick. Unfortunately, the package showed up damaged, likely due to a mix of Royal Mail's service and poor packaging. Their customer support is pretty solid too. The website is user-friendly and packed with info, but for some odd reason, you can't register, sign up, or log in. Just a heads up to check the quantity before you buy, as some items might look cheaper but actually come in smaller amounts. They’re a reputable company, but their prices are on the higher side, which is why I only shop there occasionally. I made my purchase because of the discount for first-time buyers. It might be a good idea for them to offer some sort of discount for students or regular customers, not saying wholesale or anything.

Awesome store with all you could want and then some. The staff and owner are super friendly and know their stuff. The service is just great. I’d suggest it to anyone.

I forgot to apply my 10% discount code when I checked out, and I ended up spending close to a hundred quid. A £10 saving would’ve been nice. I shot off an email to customer service right after placing my order. They had mentioned on their site that they’d be back on January 4th and that no orders would be processed until then, which is fair enough. But then on the 5th, a rep got back to me saying it couldn’t be changed after processing. Usually, that means it’s fully completed and shipped, but I got an email saying my order wasn’t processed until the 6th. Plus, they took a whole day to respond, which feels a bit dodgy. I’m not keen on using them again unless I find something I can’t get anywhere else. They did offer me another 10% code, but honestly, that’s not really cutting it. Normally, customer service is more helpful to new and potentially loyal customers. Unless I spend another £50, my discount will just vanish in shipping costs. I took off a star for each issue I felt let down by.
